Eric Krueger is the Qualifying Broker (REC20240214) and has almost 25 years of real estate experience in both New Mexico & Arizona. He has sold or brokered over 3000 properties in his real estate career. Prior to real estate Eric was the Sales & Marketing Director for National Market Reports which provided "Blue Book" valuations such as the Truck Blue Book, Tractor Blue Book, Aircraft Blue Book, Marine Blue Book, etc. Eric has unique knowledge of the area from his past experience working with the New Mexico State Police in a Search & Rescue capacity. Eric's wife, Wendy Krueger, has been a professional fly fishing guide for over 25 years. A sister company in Arizona, Greer Land & Investments, allows buyers to seamlessly move back and forth between the two states. Sellers benefit from access to buyers located in Arizona and vice-versa. Eric is a member of 5 different MLS boards located in Albuquerque, NM Statewide, White Mountains, Phoenix and Tucson.
